During this unique half day tour we explore and wander around the antiquities that make up its glorious past and we get to know the famous castles of Methoni and Pilos.
The region of Messinia, in the south-western tip of mainland Greece, embodies the most symbolic chapters of Greek history. The monuments, α unique mosaic of the areas long history and witnesses of its long history, stand proud and charismatic over a story of 4,500 years.
During this half day tour we visit the picturesque coastal Methoni. The place offers a great pleasure for visitors who love exploring historic places and building while its impressive, very well preserved, castle of Methoni reminds to the visitors the long history of that small town.
Our final stop is Pilos, one of the most attractive coasts in Greece. We visit the big square near the port which is the heart of the town and we admire its monuments that remind to the visitors the battle of Navarino in 1827.
